 I   think   The   failure   is   in   VBScript.dll,   but   the   cause   of   the   failure   is   that   something   else   has   corrupted   Thread   Local   Storage   and   VBScript   is   failing   during   initialization.   It   is   most   likely   a   com   object   that   has   failed   previously   and   left   trash   behind.    
   
 You   may   replace   the   VBScript.dll   file   with   a   new   one,   maybe   it   was   overridden   by   virus   or   something   else.   And   I   am   very   sure   that   you   should   rebuild   the   ISAPI,   the   com   object   .dll   file   maybe   .exe   file   to   resolve   the   problem   completely
